1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the jilie website, mobile platform, or any associated services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use jilie's services.

jilie reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the jilie platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active jilie account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.

3. Account Registration

To access jilie's full range of services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. jilie reserves the right to verify the information provided at any time and to suspend or close accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilie username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify jilie immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Account Accuracy: You must keep your account information up to date. Changes to your registered name, address, or contact details must be reported to jilie's support team promptly.
• KYC Verification: jilie may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Single Account Policy: Operating more than one jilie account is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jilie are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jilie supports the following payment methods for Filipino players:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

jilie does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are not supported on the jilie platform.

• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 24–72 hours, depending on the payment method selected.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to jilie's anti-money laundering procedures.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during gameplay, jilie reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. jilie's decision in such matters is final.
• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and accepted by jilie's system. Bets placed during system downtime or connectivity issues may not be honored.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. These limits may vary by game type and player tier.
• Disconnection Policy: jilie is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet disconnection or device failure on the player's end during active gameplay.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilie platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or at any other time, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.

• Collusion: Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses, promotions, or free bets in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with jilie's platform without express written consent.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to jilie's systems, servers, or databases, or interfering with the platform's normal operation in any way.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to jilie by any person under 21 years of age.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account suspended pending investigation.

8. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilie, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jilie platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform;
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data;

jilie's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilie account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Termination

jilie reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Violation of jilie's responsible gaming policies, including underage gambling;
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency;
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance in a verified account will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to the deduction of any applicable fees and the resolution of any outstanding disputes. Balances in accounts closed due to fraud or Terms violations may be forfeited.

You may also close your jilie account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jilie operates in the Philippine online gaming market and acknowledges the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) with respect to online gaming activities conducted within the Philippines. Players are encouraged to familiarize themselves with applicable Philippine gaming laws and regulations.

14. Amendments

jilie reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilie will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the jilie platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using jilie and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
